Cupcake with dark chocolate muesli breakfast

cinnamon and dates.

Ingredients
3
tablespoons extra fine almond flour
1
teaspoon of cinnamon
Cc
of salt
1
large egg
2
Medjool dates finely chopped
½
teaspoon (3 mL) vanilla extract
3
tablespoons oatmeal
2
tablespoons black chocolate chips
1
tablespoon chopped walnuts
2
teaspoons unsalted pumpkin seeds
instructions
Combine
almond flour, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, dates and vanilla to
the flour mixture and mix with an immersion blender until all the ingredients
are combined and the dates are cut into small pieces. Add oats, chocolate
chips, nuts and pumpkin seeds and mix well. Dough with a spoon also muffins 2
cups of microwave silicone cooking in the microwave oven top for 40 seconds.
