The woman is going to be morbidly obese to drop 130 pounds. Become a Personal Trainer
Hug
Katie began gaining weight after high school because of the combination of
slowed metabolism and taking prescription medications for depression and
anxiety medications.
"I
put different drugs that made me feel more slowly, and all I wanted to do was
eat," kiss, now 34 years old, she tells people.
By
2016, Hug had reached 270 lbs. At the doctor's office for a routine
examination, the mother of three children from Kuna, Idaho, he received
surprising call attention to the way he had become unhealthy.
"My
doctor looked at me and said," You know you are suffering from morbid
obesity, right, "he remembers. "I knew I was overweight because she
was in the bigger store and stuff like that waist. But someone to tell me that
for another woman to look at me like, "You must do more than stay at home
and eat all the time," I think what I was doing. I was sick and tired of
being fat and overweight and miserable in my skin. "
Hug
began to follow your food intake and became more aware of the amount of sugar,
fat and carbohydrates I was consuming - your diet at the time consisted mainly
of soda, processed foods, bread and pastas. But the biggest change of lifestyle
has come to discover its love of fitness.
"[When
I was heavier] found no joy, it was not fun for me," he said. In fact, he
hated everything. My children would opt for a walk with my husband, and I would
stay at home. I did not want a part of it.
Knowing
that he needed exercise to stay healthy, Hug began with a 15-minute training
video at home, which challenged him to do it every day for 30 days. When he
finished, he found himself in search of a new challenge of fitness.
"Suddenly
want to walk, so I walk around my block and I would be sweaty, but again and I
would go back, and the distances would be over, and eventually become a running
stepping stone and a sort of abducting away from there" , He said.
Now,
Hug does five days of cardio per week and strength training two to three days a
week. He even became a personal trainer certified by the US Board on the
exercise and gives group exercise classes.
You
start to feel that serotonin and dopamine and so on exercise, and I did not
have that before, "he said learning to love working. "I that exit for
stress, anxiety, depression. That makes a big difference. "
Hug
dropped 130 pounds and said the best weight loss was the positive effect he had
on his family.
"Everything
is easier when you care, when you do not worry, everything is
disintegrating," he said. "I can play with my kids now, and that's
not a problem. You can go to do more, you feel good, and when you feel good you
want to participate more as well. All in all, I feel better and reflected
impressively in my family and my marriage. It was great.
