week, the American woman Haley talked to women's health about the best weight
loss tips:
1.
Make small changes in your diet
Haley
said earlier that only the small changes made to your diet.
"Two
of my biggest problems with food were eating late in the day and eating all the
time. So, these are the first habits that pushed me to break. I decided that I
only eat twice a week and stop eating after 8 pm something that still sticks
today!
"Now
I try to balance my food groups, eat out as little as possible, and just make
informed and healthy choices to what I eat.
"A
typical day for me starts with a protein shake for breakfast, grilled chicken
with kale for lunch and something similar for dinner like a pork chop with
broccoli. "
However,
Haley added that everything is a matter of balance and that she is
"practically addicted to fleas".
2.
Move
Haley
said his traveling exercise started joining the sofa to k application so I
could start running.
After
a while, he decided to join the gym and now train about six days a week.
While
this may not be for everyone, make sure to incorporate at least three half-hour
exercise sessions per week.
3.
Do not give up
"I'm
just finishing a project I call my" Year of Runs, "which ran a K every
month, even decided to cover it with my own virtual K with them!
"There
were many times I wanted to call the challenge, but I knew I would knock them
down.
My
fans are so supportive and encouraging, and the community is really helping to
keep me healthy lifestyle at the forefront of my mind every day life. "

Haley
said their confidence levels have skyrocketed since weight loss.
"Now
when I go on vacation, I have to stay there because I feel very uncomfortable
or literally, I can not do anything. I feel much more in control of my life.
"

Take slowly
Haley
said his best advice would be to "start small form and take it easy".
"Hard
and fast diets or workout routines are very difficult to maintain over a long
period of time.
"Because
it's a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix, you need to be able to make
these small changes that gradually break down habits.
